Blue Blossom provides an advisory/consulting service to enhance Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, especially focusing on Female empowerment and leadership. Through the founder's experience at Google, Uber, and Disney as the head of women's communities as well as the lead of several Diversity initiatives, Blue Blossom will provide tailored and workable plans for each client. Also, Blue Blossom will support a client's marketing strategy development and communication plan.
