Blue Button Apparel is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to changing the world both locally and globally. Located in Spokane, WA, we produce premium quality custom apparel for organizations who care about the planet and the people who live on it. Working with local schools and commmunity organizations, we provide after school employment for at-risk students who often fall through the cracks of our society. They receive job training and mentoring, meals after shifts, and rides to and from work.
All of our shirts are 100% organic cotton and most are manufactured using wind and solar energy. Our main supplier is certified as fair trade by Europe's Fair Wear Foundation. Every organic t-shirt you purchase through Blue Button prevents a half pound of chemical fertilizers and pesticides from entering our soils. Using water-based inks gives our shirts the softest feel around. Combined with our soy-based cleaners, we can ensure that every step of the production process has the minimum impact on our planet and climate.
