Founded in 2020 by Braydon and Wyatt, Blue Heron Programs is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through comprehensive support in work skills, employment, and community integration. Our motto, "Purpose, Connection, Employment," reflects our commitment to fostering meaningful lives for those we serve. At Blue Heron Programs, we believe in the transformative power of employment. Our mission is to enable every individual we support to achieve meaningful employment, leading to a self-determined life enriched with purpose and connections within the community. Located in the greater Sacramento area, our 055 day program provides individualized support and training in essential work skills, ensuring each participant gains the confidence and competence necessary for competitive employment. Our approach emphasizes individual strengths and aspirations, equipping our participants with the tools needed to thrive in their chosen career paths.
