Blue Horse Analytics was born out of a moment of clarity. After years of working within a traditional consulting firm, I found myself consistently being introduced to clients only to take on the full weight of delivery, strategy, and execution alone. I reached a point where I thought, “Time out. There has to be a better way. ”That realization sparked the beginning of BHA." We started lean, with a core team of six full-time professionals, but we quickly expanded our robust partner network, which we now refer to as the BHA Partner Network. This network includes a wide range of contractors and exclusive collaborators, many of whom I’ve worked with throughout my career. It’s not just piecemeal support; it’s a strategic ecosystem designed to deliver high-impact results. Much of our work involves partnering with Big Four firms, where we’re often brought in to provide the leadership they struggle to source internally. True leadership takes time, experience, and a deep understanding of what drives transformation, and that’s exactly what we bring to the table. We’re not just consultants; we’re specialists who lead from the front. Our success has been humbling.
