On top of leading a team, I worked closely with Senior Executives of a German DAX30 to solve their people and culture challenges around the world. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how it feels and looks like leading at the top. In 2019, I decided to make a shift, serve a wider community of leaders and spend more time in Australia, my husband's home country. As a mother of two wonderful daughters and a son, I am passionate about ethics and girls stepping up.
