Blue Pac Engineering Services represents a transformative force within the Renewable and clean Energy engineering sector of Papua New Guinea, primarily focusing on the underserved rural areas. Our mission is to deliver high-quality and affordable engineering and technical services to foster innovation and excellence. As a newly established small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), we bring a fresh perspective to the engineering industry, emphasizing values such as affordability, consistency, quality, and a wide variety of services tailored to meet community needs. Blue Pac Engineering Services was born out of the recognition of the acute need for rural renewable, clean and reliable engineering, procurement, and technical services across Papua New Guinea. Specifically, the focus is on rural engineering projects such as electrification, biogas and WaSH, significantly impacting the lives of a substantial portion of the population that lacks basic services. Roughly ‘80% of the rural population’ in Papua New Guinea does not have reliable access to electricity, clean water, and sanitation. The lack of these essential services contributes to poverty and hinders economic development in rural communities. Our vision is closely aligned with government initiatives outlined in “Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development Goals”, which targets rural electrification and improved sanitation. The diverse range of services provided by Blue Pac Engineering Services includes: Feasibility studies for rural renewable energy projects Consultation leading to effective project engagement Design and implementation of renewable energy resources Construction of water supply and sanitation systems to promote WaSH. In addition to our service offerings, we aim to create meaningful employment for unemployed engineering graduates and technologists, utilizing their skills for the advancement of their communities
