Blue Pathways Educational Mentorship Services

At B & J Enterprises, LLC, we will use transformational speaking engagements, 1 on 1 coaching, training and development, workshops, monthly podcasts, and courses that are connected to career, education, employment, entrepreneurship (start ups, small, and medium business owners), workforce development, professional/personal development, and diversity/equity/sensitivity training. These services will help develop plans of action through mentorship. These plans are designed to increase retention rates and decrease dropout rates in underprivileged and underrepresented populations.
