We specialize in tie downs for single and multi-story wood framed structures. We do this by designing, engineering, manufacturing and supplying full height threaded rod systems and connections that strengthen buildings for Wind and Seismic events. We like to think of them as the "Seat Belts" of the building (you hope to never use them but are glad they are there when needed) The bulk of our projects are 3, 4, & 5 story commercial structures, however we do tie down 1 story Assisted Liv facilities and some residential homes.
