Said is an ex-underwriter, claims specialist, COO and CEO where, throughout his career, has held various leadership roles within regional & multinational insurance providers such as Arabia Insurance and ACE Life (Currently Chubb Life) with his latest role being CEO of Alhilal Life & Alhilal Takaful in Bahrain. Said’s experience extends to all aspects of insurance related operations such as strategy formulation, business turnaround, projects implementation, building high performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, sales channel activation and building diverse product lines and setting up departments.
Said holds a MBA from the Lebanese American University as well as a number of professional certifications including the Fellow (FLMI) designation from the Life Management Institute (LOMA). Said is hands-on, results-oriented with a deep understanding of the dynamics of the insurance landscape and will be overviewing and working on all projects undertaken by Blue Spark Consultancy Services ensuring the delivery of the best service and successful implementation of all assignments.
