Plasma Environmental Technologies Inc. is a developer and distributer of advanced waste elimination technologies. Plasma Environmentals PARCON is export ready and key technology partners have been active exporters for up to 30 years. The company has the exclusive license, through its joint venture partner which developed the PARCON to market it in North America, Central America, South America, and Asia. Export sales of PARCON technology are structured in the following ways: as a direct sale to client company or government; as a technology transfer; or as a distributor agreement. Issues such as territory exclusivity, technology development rights, and financial structure of a technology transfer or a distributor agreement are open to negotiation case-by-case.
