Our Story: A Family Farm Rooted in Tradition
At Bluebell Dairy, we are proud to be a third-generation family farm dedicated to providing meaningful experiences for our community.
The Family Farm
Since 1953, the Brown family has farmed at Brunswood, caring for the land and producing quality food. In 2008, we expanded our passion by creating our own luxury ice cream, made with the same dedication that has defined our family for generations.
A Family Business
The farm is our home and way of life. Each family member plays an active role:
🐄 Farmer Geoff looks after the working farm.
🍦 Rosemary leads our ice cream wholesale business.
🛠️ Oliver heads up ice cream production.
🎠 Ella brings the farm park to life for our visitors.
Connecting People with Farming
We want visitors to understand where their food comes from. Through talks and demonstrations, we share knowledge about the care and effort behind farming.
Caring for the Countryside
We work with Natural England to protect the environment by:
🌼 Planting pollen mixes to support bees and butterflies.
🐦 Providing wild bird mixes for farmland birds in winter.
🌾 Creating buffer strips and managing hedgerows to protect local wildlife.
We offer lamb and calf bottle feeding, goat grooming, and more, giving families the chance to connect with animals and experience farm life firsthand.
Farming is about more than food - it’s about community, education, and preserving a way of life. We look forward to welcoming visitors to share in that experience.
