Bluebird is an investment house focused on turnaround, restructuring, recovery and distressed investments with enterprise values of £50m or below. Founded in May 2010, we have c. £130m of assets under management. Our focus is on leisure and operational real estate; from hospitality to self storage. We specialise in businesses whose value is dependent on the trading performance. We believe in driving growth and creating value through clear and well executed strategic plans, proactive day-to-day decision making and on-going targeted capital investment, supported by a strong, motivated and incisive management team. The team prides itself on its ability to react quickly and innovatively, and is comfortable taking operational positions in advance of settling on a long term management solution.
