Blue Circle Health is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the health of people with type 1 diabetes (T1D) by removing barriers and providing diabetes care, medicine, supplies, education, and support.
We offer free, virtual, personalized services and support for adults living with T1D in 11 states—with more soon!
Our program can include care from our doctors and nurses, educators, support coaches, and social workers. We can help with prescriptions, insurance navigation, diabetes education, and support for issues such as housing, food, and employment. Each care plan can last up to 6 months, based on the individual’s specific needs. We act as an extension of existing care teams, providing the extra support people with T1D deserve.
