Blue Copper Coffee

We're a single cafe and wholesale coffee roaster located in the up-and-coming Central Ninth district in Salt Lake City. Our passion has always been to roast extraordinary coffee and provide exceptional customer care both at our cafe and to our web/wholesale customers. Cultivating a community of coffee lovers (and people who just want to hang out) is a huge focus for us as well. In one form or another we've been around since 2006 and have always remained true to our craft: teaching people that coffee can always be better. Our cafe grew into a wholesale business in early 2013 and has grown to a local and national wholesale presence within coffee sales as well as equipment sales and maintenance. We currently have just under 15 employees between the two sides of the business. As for our coffee itself, everything we buy is considered Specialty Grade by the Specialty Coffee Association standards and is sourced in a traceable manner from reputable importers and direct from farm whenever possible. Everything we roast is on the lighter side to highlight the delicate side of coffee - florals and high fruit flavors are most of what we seek in a cup of coffee. In 2018 we launched an office coffee subscription program in an attempt to get better coffee into offices with the same level of education and care we've shown to the rest of our customers. We also designed a very simple ordering platform which lets you place a recurring order once and only worry about it if you need to modify an upcoming order.
