Bluefield Land can tackle the most challenging of brownfield sites by working alongside our sister companies, Cardiff Demolition, Neal Soil Suppliers, Atlantic Recycling and Neal Remediation. All of which form part of the Dauson Environmental Group. Here at Bluefield Land we specialise in the acquisition of brownfield sites and their subsequent regeneration to deliver new eco-efficient homes. Whilst the delivery of new homes is our specialism, we happily consider other opportunities, such as commercial, retail or industrial development. Our focus over recent years has been to respond to the acute shortage of affordable housing across South Wales and seek to develop partnerships with various affordable housing providers to deliver package deals in the most cost efficient and timely manner.
