Our primary business is the high-quality management of real estate investment funds. Our company is targeting up to $50 million in capital commitments from qualified investors for the purposes of acquiring, managing, operating, repositioning and disposing of short-term vacation rental assets. Our strategy is to create investment funds that will primarily focus on short-term vacation rental properties in emerging markets throughout the United States. High potential international opportunities will also be taken into consideration as we look to invest in additional potential acquisitions outside of these regions as they present themselves. The fund will also invest in other cash flow and potentially cash flowing special-use, mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial-use assets, as well as real estate-backed investments in other markets if compelling opportunities arise. The management company may invest, from time to time, in distressed properties, including REO’s, foreclosures, off-market, pulled from market, concession sensitivity, price reduced and post-COVID 19 properties.
