We are an independent & authentic casual-dining American BBQ Smokehouse, with restaurants in High Wycombe and Reading.
We aim to bring the genuine flavours of southern states American BBQ to the UK. Specialising in the 'BBQ Championship Big 4' of pulled pork, ribs, brisket and bbq chicken, as well as homemade pancakes & breakfasts, craft beer (both local and imported from the US), imported sodas, whiskeys and bourbons. We serve delicious, homemade food mornin', noon 'n' night, from 8am til late.
All our dishes are homemade & lovingly sourced, with our meats prepared and slow smoked for up to 18+ hours in our imported, hardwood burning smokers. It takes nearly 48 hours of loving care and attention to perfect each of our smoked meat cuts, before they're served to your table.
Our recipes have won awards at the Jack Daniels Invitational BBQ contest in Tennessee. But now you don't need to travel so far to experience delicious, authentic 'cue with that southern states hospitality!
