We're crafting an innovative hub on 22 oceanfront acres that combines hands-on workshops in building and permaculture land management with industry-leading heavy equipment training using cutting-edge technology and tools. Beyond construction, our eco-campus champions sustainable living and community engagement through renewable energy workshops, a market garden, a social event space, and dedicated areas for heirloom farming and native flora cultivation. Long-term, a purpose-built community of low-cost, long-term rentals is being considered in partnership with the evolution of the food forest and community space.
