To empower the next generation of aviation professionals - globally. The mission of the BlueJireh foundation is to expose underserved communities to the aviation and aerospace industry through educational outreach programs. We develop public and private partners to support workforce outcomes. There is a national/global personnel shortage crisis in the military/commercial aviation industry (pilots, maintenance technicians, air traffic control, drone/UAV operators, management/business, etc.). 2.2 Million career opportunities to be exact. Aviation labor shortage is creating lucrative and rewarding job opportunities. Unfortunately, there is limited exposure to the aviation industry for our Nation’s youth. The BlueJireh Foundation will promote and provide aviation education and employment pathways for underserved communities. It will establish mentorship relationships and the potential for creating high paying jobs with career pathways. Alabama is a pro-aviation state. There is an aviation worker pipeline for the growing Alabama aviation industry. The resources provided by the BlueJireh Foundation can be quickly leveraged to generate critical manpower for the industry and revive an economic powerhouse of the past, but this time with a new focus on humanity working as a team in solving a national and global aviation labor crisis.
