Bluenose Engineering specializes in professional engineering services for condominiums, property managers, developers, contractors & consultants. Our projects include several reserve fund studies for high-rise, medium-rise and townhouse condominiums; physical condition assessments of commercial and institutional properties; and the assessment and structural design of civil structures.
