Blue Penny was founded by a group of management consultants who previously led major IT consulting practices at Big 5 consulting firms. The executive management team has a combined consulting experience of over 50 years, with a presence in London, Atlanta, and Mauritius. We consider people our most important asset. Independent of location we recruit only professionals with outstanding credentials and significant experience in their field. In fact, most of our personnel have worked with leading international consulting firms or system integrators at some point in their career. Furthermore, everyone in our organization shares the same set of core values, and we foster a unique culture and team spirit through internal transfers and exchange programs.
