Bluestone Bistro

The Bluestone Bistro features an eclectic mix of international cuisine served in an airy “Wine Country” atmosphere. The main dining room is open and pleasant with a warm fireplace and a traditional wood-burning pizza oven. There are also two private dining rooms. The “Cellar” accommodates up to 32 guests for a seated function and the “Chef’s Pantry” can accommodate up to 10 guests for more intimate dining or meetings. The Bluestone prides itself on maintaining the highest standards in food excellence while using only the freshest ingredients. Favourite dishes are served such as Certified Angus steaks, wood-fired gourmet pizza, fresh seafood and a delicious selection of appetizers featuring house made Thai shrimp spring rolls. Wine is a focus having won the 2006 & 2007 Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence” and the Ontario VQA “Award of Excellence” three years running. 20 wines by the glass and 125 selections.
