We provide capital advisory services to real estate developers and investors through sourcing and structuring construction, term and CHMC financing. Furthermore, through our internal investor base, Bluestone Capital provide bridge and mezzanine financing, as well as direct equity investment. On the mortgage brokerage side, we specialize in private and conventional mortgage financing for Developers, Real Estate Investors and Business Owners. We offer financing on various types of properties such as: multi-family developments, income producing assets, unique assets (hotels, golf courses, gas stations) and operating businesses. We have access to a wide range of institutions such as: chartered banks, credit unions, mortgage corporations, and private lenders. Our network has grown to over 100 lenders and we have provided over $500 million in financing the past few years.
