Bluewing Midstream L.L.C. was formed to acquire, develop and operate bulk liquids terminals along the Gulf Coast. Terminals are strategically located in Brownsville, TX, serving the South TX, Mexico and other international markets. Bluewing provides terminaling services including bulk storage, blending, heating and transloading. Bluewing Midstream was founded in July 2015 and is head quartered in Houston, Texas. Bluewing is partnered with Energy Spectrum, a well established Private Equity firm located in Dallas, Texas. Assets were first acquired in October 2016.
Our customers are important. Bluewing offers flexibility and efficiency to our customers. With barge, rail and truck capability and 57 tanks we provide customized logistical solutions for a multitude of bulk liquid commodities. Our partners are important. We work closely with the Port of Brownsville, Omnitrax and various other shipping, rail, truck and logistics companies. Bluewing is a visionary industrial developer, currently constructing Phase II and Phase III expansion projects adding 1.9MM bbls of new storage capacity to serve the growing import/export market in Brownsville.
