WHO WE ARE Blumantra is a network of professionals, specialized in corporate wellbeing. We are convinced that a successful company con only be so if its employees feels well, with the right behavior and full of energy. OUR PHILOSOPHY The main asset of any company is its people. They determine strategies, products and customers’ satisfaction. Nonetheless, in many companies the approach is still primarily based on the economic reward (incentives and benefits), on the amount of worked hours and on a strong psychological pressure needed to drive the achievement of goals. Such approach, that considers material the person’s health and balance, can drive to stress, a negative climate, and physical disorders if not diseases. Such an approach reduces motivation, productivity and ability to innovate, driving ultimately to worse results.
