Bluperty is the 1st private property auction website in Greece. We are developing a new online property transaction method through a transparent auction platform. Our real estate marketplace promotes ready-to-buy assets and empowers the users with the documentation they need to make informed investment decisions. The sellers set the terms of the auction and review the offers. The buyers find investment opportunities and bid for them in real time. Our vision is to contribute towards a more transparent and efficient real estate market. We believe that with the use of new technologies and by bringing together buyers and sellers in a level playing field, the true value of any real estate asset is yielded.
