Blücare® is an early monitor for companion animals, designed for a non-invasive detection of non-visible blood in the urine directly on the litter. Now available for cat, Blücare® Hematuria comes in the form of small white granules that you simply spread over your cat’s litter. It can detect whether or not your cat has hematuria (blood in the urine). It incorporates a chromogen agent that turns blue in the presence of blood. Thanks to this detection device, you can now monitor and follow the recurrent disorders of the low urinary tract in which hematuria is almost always present (stones, crystalluria, feline idiopathic cystitis and for some cases, urinary tract infections). Each granule only needs traces of blood in the urine to react.
