BME Lean LOGISZTIKA

BME Lean LOGISZTIKA System Planner and Process Developer Group operates at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Faculty of Transportation Engineering, Department of Logistics System. The group’s experts are qualified logistics system planner and process developer engineers. Our target audience consists of Hungarian and multinational companies that want to implement a lean approach to their own logistics systems. As a system planner and process developer group our main goal is to design logistics systems in a way that it is based on real customer demand. We plan flexible, quality oriented logistics systems that concentrate on creating value instead. To achieve this goal, we combine the interdisciplinary nature of logistics with the lean management philosophy’s principles and methods.
