This Society provides a great platform to empower development of technology & software in all areas of Electric Power and Energy including generation, transmission, distribution and utilization to provide a reliable, resilient, safe, cost-effective and sustainable electricity supply system to the end-user.
Energy Conservation is a need of the hour. PES funds research in sustainable sources of energy. PES members also gain access to the IEEE PES Resource Center, a library with hundreds of technical reports, tutorials, conference videos, webinars, presentations and more. Moreover, PES offers networking opportunities, access to peer-reviewed technical journals and educational materials that help our members stay up-to-date on the latest advances.
