Pre-bid steel estimating or material take-offs at a much higher accuracy to facilitate better project planning and less material wastage. As part of our take-off, we will give you a complete list of materials with quantities and locations. We also provide the measurements we have used for the take off. We will also highlight any discrepancies in the plan or any assumptions we make due to missing information.
