BND Resources Limited, a member of the BND – Group, was incorporated in Accra, Ghana on the 3rd of August 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) with registration number CS117030822. The company’s line of business is gold mining, trading, refining and logistics. The company has acquired 25 acres gold mining concession in Tontu around Akentenchie in the Ahanta West Municipality of the Western Region of Ghana. BND Resources in collaboration with the Akentenchie Community has set up a small-scale community mining site on the land, dubbed Community Mining Scheme (CMS).
