We are a youth-led, youth work, service-learning, and community development organization. We provide non-formal education, early childhood, and youth development services to children, youth, and families at our respective community youth centers.
Through the professional development services and co-working space we provide to individuals and organizations serving young people, we have helped to improve the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of youth development workers in the areas of program design, project and case management, mentoring services, tutoring, and other remediation services or programs.
We also commit ourselves to youth systems strengthening through the training of youth workers on best practices in PYD. We lead and support advocacy for the adoption of legislation, regulations, policies, and services that will promote positive youth development.
