BwebwerikiNET Limited (BNL) BNL is a State Owned Enterprise in the Republic of Kiribati under the State Owned Enterprise Act 2013 (the SOE Act).
BNL was incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1979 (Cap. 10A) on 23 November 2017.
As a state owned open access entity (OAE) is established to provide high speed and low-cost telecommunication broadband services to Retail Service Providers (RSP) in the Republic of Kiribati.
The strategic focus of BNL is in the fulfilment of its objectives specifically in the development and construction of its submarine cable projects to Kiritimati and Tarawa, and passive infrastructure network connecting the outer islands including the revitalization of aging assets that form part of its passive access and backhaul network.
