BnR AQAR® is founded to resolve the massively increasing lead generation costs in the real estate marketing space by collecting qualified leads and share them fairly across multiple property providers, who shall compete to satisfy our lead needs, achieving more benefits to the property seekers with peace of mind that they will find what they are looking for without even searching. Property providers can see the newly posted property requests via BnR Aqar secure platform and choose which leads to contact if they have their needs. Each provider needs a pre-created account on the platform linked to one of BnR Aqar subscription packages. The provider can have multiple accounts, and each will have a daily-lead-limited per package with pre-agreed time-bound that can vary from three months to one year. Property providers can start seeing the lead’s contact once they choose to add them to their workspace. All providers invoices are generated automatically and can be viewed via the platform.
