The idea for 1881 came from football fans being refused entry to bars whilst wearing their football shirts. So this brand allows fans to represent their team but still gain entry after the match and not be labelled as a football hooligan.
We have been offered £10k investments, contacted by local newspapers, shared online by celebrities, in conversations with the club and donated part of profits to the Newcastle Food Bank. The aim of the brand is to have every Newcastle United supporter wearing 1881.
