Boardelta is a social enterprise which focuses on making a difference to boards. It offers the following services to businesses as well as to the Social and Public sectors in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America: Supporting Chairs and CEOS in managing a: • Step change in the effectiveness of their boards • Significant transition perhaps through a merger, IPO, restructuring or joint venture. • Situation of conflict on the board or with stakeholders or. • A start of a new board. Supporting Private Equity and Venture Capital firms in establishing or developing their approach and policies with regard to the boards of portfolio companies or supporting specific portfolio companies on Board matters: • Training and development of directors • Speaking on a range of topics related to boards from the characteristics of high performing boards to managing board conflict. Boardelta is a social enterprise as a percentage of profits each year are given to four charities which the founder has a passionate interest in supporting. These are Warwick in Africa, Leap Confronting Conflict, ESSA and the EY Foundation.
