BoardLens is an Asian board advisory company whose mission is to empower boards to unlock their full potential by providing an external lens to the boardroom. The two co-founders, Mui Hoon Poh and Margaret Rumpf, are based in Singapore and have decades of practical regional and global experience in both the boardroom and in executive management, which allows them to translate what they see, hear, and read in boardrooms into meaningful insights and recommendations. Both Mui Hoon and Margaret have a strong north star to strengthen governance in the region and keep Asian boards ahead of global benchmarks and emerging governance trends. They also share a curiosity to better understand how Asian and Western Boards differ and why. Their model is based on partnerships which allows them to bring in the best skills and expertise as required to cater for emerging board’s needs.
