Boardside Advisory assists boards and other groups performing a governing role, particularly SMEs and not-for-profits, to perform their functions more effectively. We work in the areas of Board effectiveness, director training, Chair and Director mentoring and transaction navigation and implementation. We believe in continuously examining the role of the Board and how it operates and to not be afraid to challenge conventional thinking around that role. A board which can harness its inherent skills and knowledge, whose individual members focus on working together collaboratively and respectfully and who truly understand the journey ahead of them, will deliver better organisational outcomes.
