Bobby Sahota is an award-winning Financial Services Expert with over Two decades experience in the profession. She began her career age 20, with the West Bromwich Building Society, where she quickly worked her way up through the ranks and made her mark in the company as a top performer. Bobby believes the foundation to her success was down to the leadership team support, which strengthened her belief system and mindset. She attended her first ever live Tony Robbins, ‘Unleash the Power within’ event where she completed the ‘Fire Walk’. Following this, she was introduced to Vision Boards, this was a real game changer and something that has helped her and others achieve ambitious personal and career goals. One of her proudest achievements came early on as she was awarded Financial Planning Manager of the Year in her first financial year in the role - a milestone that significantly fueled her ambition! After a short time at Nationwide Building Society where she achieved further record breaking success, she also supported the leadership team and mentored a group of BAME employees. In 2017, Bobby joined a national IFA firm where she consecutively achieved Top Adviser in the firm , managing a portfolio of clients with AUM of £160M continuing to mentor and support other IFAs. In 2023, she joined Attivo and stepped into the world of Business Development alongside her IFA role, leading a team of Relationship Managers. In January 2024, Bobby undertook a significant personal challenge by summiting Mount Kilimanjaro. This prompted a transformative journey and reflection on her career and life goals. By mid-2024, following major life events and reflection , Bobby made a conscious decision to take a career/wellbeing break. During this time, she focused on realigning her values and determining what was most important for her future career trajectory. Bobby has now launched her Consultancy Business, and exclusively works with IFA firms that are aligned to her values.
