The winery Son Vich de Superna, in the heart of the World Heritage Site "Serra de Tramuntana", is born with the vocation of making quality wines and respecting the natural environment as much as possible. Vineyards with a thick natural vegetation cover, minimum tillage, reasoned agriculture, exclusive use of organic products and the practice of shepp-grazing to control weeds and fertilizing the plots in a natural way. These practices are part of our way of understanding viticulture and in turn are ancestral to the Serra de Tramuntana.
