Grillo premium wines are hand picking harvest and second selection of the grapes on a vibrating table are:
• Hop Hop grenache and syrah, 13 months oak aged in French barrels.
• Grillo is our most well known wine, best syrah, cabernet sauvignon, garnacha and merlot 14 months oak aged in new French barrels.
• Cri Cri chardonnay oak aged.
• And the limited selection GRILLO SP an integral fermentation in new French barrels of syrah and cabernet sauvignon from our best plot make the grillo family wines.
