L’aventure a commencé modestement sur les marchés où Jean Bodin vendait ses produits locaux. Il a élevé et abattu les premiers poulets biologiques en 1979, bien avant la rédaction du cahier des charges français bio. Soucieux de proposer des volailles de qualité, il avait pour devise « Je ne ferais pas manger aux autres ce que moi-même je ne voudrais pas manger ». Aujourd’hui, Bodin perpétue cet engagement avec un élevage Bio engagé.
