So, back in 1998 bodloni’s founders set-up the farmers’ markets in Cardiff – Riverside Real Food – now one of the most successful in the UK, with 4 weekly markets and many awards. Then we set up a community farm – Riverside Market Garden – a community-owned farm that supplies fresh organic vegetables to local people. We were a True Taste winner for that.
But, we realised that it was hard for busy people to find time to cook. So we asked a chef to create delicious, immune boosting, brain powering, instant soup from dehydrated, fresh, local vegetables. And that is how bodloni was born. Dried soup ready to use wherever and whenever you need it, with up to 3 portions of veg in each mug.
Our recipe: we take veg from local organic and chemical-free growers, dehydrate it with solar power, mill into powder and season it. Nothing else. Pack in a compo-stable packet. Done. It takes just one minute to make - add hot water and stir.
