Bodmando Consulting Group (Registration Number: 80034357969942) is a feminist international development and humanitarian consulting group headquartered in Uganda with a team of 15 field staff spread across Africa, South Asia, and the MENA region. We are a women led social enterprise that operates at the gender and climate nexus to design innovative solutions that tackle poverty, health inequities, gender inequality and social injustice using an intersectional lens, systems thinking and human centred design. Our services include Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Policy, Strategy and Programme Design, Institutional Strengthening, Capacity Building and the Development of Toolkits. Bodmando unlocks value for her clients through thought leadership, spearheading north-south collaboration between researchers and the co-creation of solutions that foster high value and impact. We are governed by our 5-member board of directors who provide strategic leadership in ensuring that the organisation achieves its strategic vision. We also have a multidisciplinary consultancy pool of over 1000 technical experts spread across the world and are part of a global ecosystem of think tanks. Our experts are experienced in the design and implementation of multi-country and multi-thematic impact evaluations; baseline, mid-term and endline evaluations using participatory and mixed methods approaches. As an organisation, we have designed and implemented over 30 evaluation studies across diverse thematic areas, country and regional contexts. Bodmando has a strong global network of several civil society organisations including community-based organisations, international NGOS, national NGOs, governments, donors, the private sector, and other development partners. Bodmando researchers are fluent in English and other languages e.g. French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Luganda, Kiswahili, Sign Language, & Hindi.
