There is a wealth of knowledge that will begin to light up our world like fireflies. My work enables decipher a system's specific needs out of your unique context. Your experiences, strengths, interests, and losses glow brightly, leading the way! Using an interdisciplinary approach, Body Collab explores developing skills to tune out the noise and tune into what matters most. We can increase impact where we already have the ability and see that, in fact, our own power was already in our hands. I build safe containers that empower occupants to feel safe learning to wield their power and quirkiness to play, innovate, share, and find belonging. Our world needs more weird, quirky, ecstatic pleasure to nourish our souls, and each one of us has something to offer. I am a partner who tags alongside you while you're on the path to remembering your power as an individual, community, or agency. It can feel overwhelming and isolating you're looking for someone to walk the path alongside you holding a lantern to shed light on the shadows' lessons.
