Our aim is for you to feel confident, capable and revitalised, and stay that way for life. Body Happy Lewes is a wellbeing center with a fully equipped gym, class studios, and treatment rooms. Providing memberships, one to one support, classes, and therapies. Body Happy Hove is a fully equipped private studio for one to one and small group training.
