Body Image Coach for Teens

Body Image coach is an "early intervention" resource for parents looking for support for their children and teenagers grappling with body image difficulties, eating disorders and body dysmorphic disorder, we can also work with adolescents on NHS and CAMHS waiting lists, as well as those who may otherwise go unnoticed by traditional mental health support systems. Our six-week psychoeducational coaching programme is available online and addresses body image issues and mental health through powerful animation videos. This effective system seamlessly integrates within the school environment without disrupting the curriculum or student attendance. In addition to our school-focused programs, we also offer 1-1 Coaching, 1-1 Therapy and Peer Support Groups. Our team of experienced mental health professionals are committed to helping those struggling with body image issues through our evidence-based treatment methods. We believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
