Established in 2021, BodyBurn brought the Lagree method to our first studio in Grosse Pointe, MI, expanding to a second location in Bloomfield Hills in 2023. Our 50-minute classes utilize the Megaformer™ machine, combining slow, controlled movements with quick transitions to target slow-twitch muscle fibers and build long, lean muscles. At BodyBurn Lagree, we focus on keeping your body in a fat-burning zone while pushing muscles to the point of fatigue, delivering a full-body workout that’s as challenging as it is effective.
