In this context, our range of activities extends from ongoing consultancy for construction projects to the representation in both courts and alternative dispute resolution, such as adjudication, arbitration and mediation. Furthermore, we have a well-known notary’s office at our location in Berlin.
As members of the major German construction law organisations (ARGE Baurecht in the DAV and its working commission for international construction law, Institute for Construction Law in Freiburg e.V., German Society for Construction Law and the German Baugerichtstag), we are actively taking part in the development of the German construction and real estate law.
