Boğaziçi Yönetim AŞ was established in 1997 as a public affiliate company of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality to provide integrated facility management services in mass housing. To date, by providing services that add value to the management of common living and common use areas at 33 provinces, approximately 650 facilities and 220,000 independent sections, it has contributed improving the quality of life at city.
Today, with approximately 6,500 personnel, the company serves at common living areas, iconic facilities and collective residences of Istanbul, which is one of the few cities in the world with its unique features. Besides, Boğaziçi Yönetim AŞ not only provides management services at the Grand Istanbul Bus Station and Kemerburgaz City Forest, but also gives cleaning, maintenance and repair services in common living areas used by millions of people every day throughout Istanbul.
To ensure the protection of the cultural heritage in a sustainable order, Boğaziçi Yönetim AŞ ensures that cleaning services and basic maintenance of historical and touristic mosques, shrines, fountains, monuments and sculptures, also cleaning services that are being provided to the affiliate companies and institutions within Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, are carried out in accordance with regulations.
